Thank you for visiting and shopping at HearingSupport.net. Hearing Support Network ships to all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories. Hearing Support Network ships all of our orders via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times
In-stock orders placed before 12pm CT will ship the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). If an order is placed after 12pm CT it will ship out the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will ship the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (if applicable) and where you may track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. If you have any questions about your package you may call us at 1-800-962-0745.
If you have not received your package after 7 business days of the tracking number not showing activity of being marked as delivered, contact us at 1-800-962-0745 or at help@hearingsupport.net. We will open a claim with the shipping service and investigate the status of your package for you.
